Because universities have the important role in education and training system, renovation and high development are urging needs. In this research an attempt has been made to identify and analyze the companies' labor needs and job expectations of the employed and unemployed graduates. The aim is to find out the gap in the labor market. Attempts are also made to make some recommendations for improving the existing university curriculum. According to the .findings of this research, with the open-door policy, there are more and more foreign investments' projects in Vietnam, therefore skilled labor requirement also increases quickly. However, university graduates have not met the requirements of the society yet. They lack of some necessary skills in the market economy such as decision making, leadership, communication, foreign languages, computer, etc. The gaps related to the mismatch between demand and supply of sldlled labors sometimes come from two sides.
