Abstract | Financial Management Function is the important key to lead company to get high profitability which including five major function which are cash flow management, accounting management, financing management, estimating function and cost control function. There is the major mechanism that can raise the financial wealth of construction company. Nowadays, there are many construction companies in Thailand get trouble with financial deficit and bankrupt which cause by the wrong practices of mechanism in financial management function. Especially for the medium-sized construction company that do not have high amount of capital cannot survive in construction business without good management plan in finance. Therefore, this research is the beginning to investigate key issues and key practices from the company with good financial situation and company with bad financial situation which those two company are the medium – sized construction company in Thailand |
