AbstractAs Myanmar begins to expand, a slew of new construction projects is springing up. When a country begins to expand, it is inevitable that the construction industry will take precedence, resulting in a slew of high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, as well as a slew of foreign investments. As a result, the Myanmar construction business has become a congested business with a high entry rate yet abundant options. For construction industry development, the contractors have to monitor and control company performance to be productive. Performance measurement is a business tool that is used to evaluate management performance, manage human resources, and develop corporate strategy. There are so many contractors are facing company performance issue in terms of finance, market share, human resource and technology improvement in their company. Its highly praised results demonstrate the necessity of identifying organizational success and marketing it on the global market. The most successful organizations will be able to attract the best workers as well as future investment, thereby increasing their stock value. The researcher used quantitative research by conducting questionnaire. In quantitative research, the data is evaluated using two statistical approaches. The first stage is to use descriptive analysis to describe the respondents' and companies' characteristics. Then, to determine the relationship between contractors' key performance indicators and corporate performance, a correlation study is performed. The research has found that contractors’ key performance indicators have significant relationship with construction company performance.
