Abstract | Thi s research report i s mainly focus on findi ng out various l eadership styles prevalent amon g manager l eve l of Land Ba nk of Taiwan (LBOT) and the ir re l at ions hip with the variab l es of job satisfacti on. The research study a l so examines differences between ma nage r l eve l a nd their imme di ate s ubordinates, concerning in one's l eadership sty l e as perceived by t he manager level and as perceived by teir immediate s ubordinates . The re l ationsh ip between leadersh i psty1es and job sat i sfact ion i s exp 1ored through a s urvey and analysis based on 90 managers and 140 immediate subordinates. The results s how that there are five s ty l es of l eaders hip prevalent in LBOT which have st rong relations hip with job satisfact ion. It alsos hows differences between two groups. Thi s researc h uses the s urvey method to co 11ect necessary data. The s urvey data was ana l yzed by using SPSS main frame and PCpackages. |
