Abstract | It has been found that R&D resources has not been developed much systematically in parties over the past few decades. The data shows that university could not conduct research due to lack of funds while industry could not do research due to shortage of R&D people. In this context, there is an urgent need to establish linkage between university and industry in order to facilitate R&D. The research study shows that the cooperative motivation is essential for the promotion and application of technology. La.cl( of understanding between university and indust1y and absence of property rights are the main factors creatfag contlict.
