AbstractNowadays, many construction projects in Myanmar have a significant tempo of allying with the international construction companies. When the country is developing alliance, the construction industry including a lot of high-rise buildings, condominiums, shopping malls and infrastructure projects are emerging and at the same time, a lot of foreign investments have become wider and led to complicated in the construction market. Therefore, the culture of joint venture in constructions becomes famous and efficient in Myanmar construction market. This thesis is mainly focused on the joint venture governance on the construction joint venture project in Myanmar. This research indicates that there is a significant relationship between joint venture governance and joint venture project performance. The researcher uses quantitative research by conducting questionnaires. In quantitative research, the correlation analysis is carried out to know the correlation between the components of joint venture governance and joint venture project performance in terms of time, cost, quality, client satisfaction and partnership satisfaction.
