AbstractAn optimal development plan for the upper Solo river basin is considered, to three reservoirs of Wonogiri, Coloand Krisak should be made into on system, by the using of simulation modeling. The irrigation area alternatives, energy hydro power production, reliability are calculated using the generated sequences of monthly streamflow data. Operation policies are presented by expressing the optimal releases in each month as a a function of storage at the beginning of the month and inflows in the same month. By using the multi objective analysis decision making, to analyze the optimal solution of Krisak system, Wonogiri-Colo system and Wonogiri-Colo-Krisak system is analyzed to optimal development solution of water resources system development plan. Optimal development plan of the system between three systems is discussed by comparing the irrigation area to be cover, energy hydro power production and reliability of Wonogiri-Colo-Krisak system and Wonogiri-Colo with krisak system include together in optimal conditions.
