Abstract | The research examined the tripartite engagement under Vietnam - German development cooperation framework to improve the distribution power network in the Central of Vietnam, hence, draw attention to the coordination among these key actors and its role on project performance in executing stage. Behaviors of the coordination were investigated from actions and processes of communication. It is found that there are intrinsic and extrinsic factors hindering effective communication and coordination. The findings stress its emphasis on critical role of building and maintaining the favorable sharing "climate" intra-organization to across cooperation network, starting with elimination of barriers to motivate frequent interaction of the stakeholders. The members in this environment will be benefited to jointly solve challenges, achieve the common goals of the project and enhance their competences as well. By analyzing social dilemmas of enterprises under development cooperation framework, the study further proposes potential challenges for multinational partnerships to gain the fruitful relationship. |
