The physical environment had the most effect with a beta coefficient of 2.86 and supervisor support had the least effect with a beta coefficient of 0.96. The analysis also showed a strong positive relationship between employee performance and independent variables. The study was in significant agreement with the claims of previous studies that work environment aspects such as incentives, physical environment, performance feedback had most significant on the employees' performance whereas supervisor support has no significant effect on the job performance at commercial banks of Nepal.
