| Abstract | Construction equipment are used for mechanization in
construction industry. This study covers the survey of
construction equipment used in the world and includes an
exhaustive study of equipment used in Thailand. The major
emphasis of this study is on various aspects of construction
equipment usage in Thailand by its users and the current business
stat us of major construction equipment dealers including the
facilities and ~vice provided by them and the problems that
they are facing. Specifically it is obseryed that there is a lack
of economic study for the use of construction equipment by its
users and the deal~rs are facing the problem due to the sale of
used equipment.
The study also revealed the declining trend in the use
of construction equipment in the world which appears to be
recovering slightly for the past two years. |
