| Abstract | Today, customers are becoming more knowledgeable about choosing housing products. They are not only interested in geographical location, price, architectural style, project quality, who is the investor, but also the reputation of the contractor. The market has also proven that projects will have very good sales if they are handled by reputable contractors. Therefore, the main target of the investor when starting the project is to ensure product quality, suitable selling price, and reputable contractor. Good procurement management will be an important link in achieving this objective. In this thesis, we will study theory of client tender management, tender strategy, and full tender process to select a suitable contractor for the project. From the detailed analysis of the actual tender process (case study) for the HBT phase 2 project, in Binh Duong province, and compared with the theory, we will see which weaknesses need to be conquered, and which strengths need to be maintained and develop. The research on this topic to complete the thesis has helped me to re-establish a more complete and suitable tendering process for the projects that my company is and will invest in. |
