| Abstract | Building Information Modeling has been known in the Vietnam market by foreign designerfirms as Archetype, Aurecon, Arup. However, BIM is a remaining approach for Contractors with a lot of challenges. This report is focused on the roadmap of BIM adoptions in contractors by analyzing the successful cases of Coteccons JSC, one of top contractors in Vietnam. As a direct role of mentor, this report has been recorded the step by step of implementing BIM from scratch of the team to achievement of BIM application in company project by project. To summary, BIM adoption in contractor brings not only a lot of benefits comparing to the traditional way but also open a new approach of data-driven system management in the future. |
