AbstractPublic Private Partnerships approach has been considered an efficient tool for infrastructure development in Vietnam for recent years. There are many projects successfully implemented under this approach, especially in the power and transport sector. The Public Private Partnership model in water supply systems was implemented successfully in many countries over the world such as China, Thailand, etc. In Vietnam there was only one PPP project in water supply which was successfully put into commercial operations. Most projects in the water supply sector are ODA-funded. This report will review the water supply projects in Dongnai province. Review the Public Private Partnership approach for water supply systems. Use the exiting data of ODA-funded water supply projects in Dongnai province and adapted financial analysis for water supply PPPs.
