| Abstract | Currently, Vietnam's rapid economic development has opened up very significant development opportunities for the construction industry. There have been many large and complex projects implemented in big cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. However, for large and complex projects, there are always international units involved in management. Domestic units need to strengthen training and build systems to be able to shoulder the process of implementing these projects. We know that there are many projects that are already funded, behind schedule, or lacking in scope during the bidding process, which greatly affects investors, businesses as well as society. In this study, we discuss the management of specialized subcontractors and labor subcontractors of the ‘D’ group at the ‘F’ Software Ho Chi Minh City project. This project constructs the structure, finishing, landscaping, water supply, and drainage according to the scope of the contract. This thesis also points out some advantages and disadvantages when applying subcontractors to the project. For large projects and using many subcontractors, a smooth management and planning process from top to bottom is needed to achieve the best results. |
