AbstractIn the context of 2020, the world has many big events happening, especially the trade war between China and the US. Foreign companies opening factories in China are subject to tax increases, making it increasingly difficult to do business. Under such pressure, investors tend to move factories or invest in building new factories from China to Vietnam, as EPC general contractors, joint ventures (JVs) to improve construction capacity, adding more modern production machines are necessary to increase competitiveness and meet customers' needs. Especially, it requires cost saving, lean management, fast construction in projects assigned as general contractor. The study focuses on the relationship between the joint venture parties, the organizational structure, operation and governance of the joint venture FuhuCons and Deconvin implementing the plant construction project. Find out the achievements and areas for improvement in the joint venture at the project. The purpose of the research is to find out the strengths to develop and apply, detect the weaknesses and inappropriate points of the joint venture to improve in the future. Through studying the structure of JV, how it works, how to detect and resolve conflicts, cultural conflicts, commitments and constraints necessary for a more successful joint venture strategy in the future. future. Through researching and proposing some improvements to help companies replicate the joint venture model, increase stability and rigor, develop joint ventures in both size and depth, win many projects. large in the country, towards expanding to the construction market in the world.
