AbstractThe purpose of this research study is to microcomputer based information s y stem for a department responsible for factory safety inspection. develop a government This study uses a technique of structured system analysis and design . Firstly , t h e existing system is studied and analyzed to identify problems . Secondly, the computerized system is designed to solve or minimize the prob1ems . Finally , the system security .is designed to emphasize the security control. The structure of all files is designed based on dBASEIII. Application programs .in the physical system design of this proposed system are generated by using dBASEIII command files a nd solved as command menu. It is flexible , easy to maintain and expand .
