Abstract | One of the most important trends in the field of data processing in recent years is the successful merging of telecommunication and computer technologies, which offers extra ordinary flexibility in arranging data processing systems. In this study, a comprehensive plan and guidance are proposed for the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives CBAAC) to carefully prepare it self for the explosive growth in telecommunication . The study first introduces the operations of the existing computer systems, as well as their restrictions and problems. A phased plan is proposed to last a bout ten years. The guideline for data communication implementation in the early phase is given. The data communication network models are designed as the main part of the plan. The plan and guide line will be beneficial in supporting the planning and decision- making involved in the communication network of BAAC. Other similar organizations which are going to introduce computer network may also benefit from this study. |
