Abstract | Feelfree Kayak is one of the most promising participants in the global kayaking business, and it is poised to rise to the top in the future with smart and agile marketing methods. The product (Kayaks) manufactured by the firm, the characteristics it contains depending on consumer demand, associated sports, and the main industries throughout the world are all described in this study. The company’s current business position has been analysed by first analysing the customers and industries it operates as well as mapping the key competitors. The firm has a strong brand name for quality, but a price war at some point in the future may result in a reduction in profit as well as a loss of market share as the durability element becomes less important. As a result, it is critical to become more digital and inventive in order to maintain a crucial competitive advantage and brand reputation through increased visibility and presence in the digital world. It also illustrates about the Kayak industry and customer perspective in using the products, probable limitations and the growing aspect. It sheds light on the key drawbacks of the company’s current strategies in marketing or expanding the market. Finally, this project identified problem to explore probable answers forming the main idea and objective of the study. The objective of this study is to examine what is global kayak business market and suggest the solutions to Feelfree kayak company, Thailand by analyzing the company’s current B2B sales and marketing strategy. |
