AbstractHermès, a French luxury goods manufacturer, was founded in 1837. It has been considered the most valuable luxury brand in the world in various valuation and ranking studies. Known for its fashion and luxury products, it is also considered the world's leading luxury brand with an image of wealth, quality and style. Currently, the product range of the Hermès brand includes leather goods, lifestyle accessories, furniture, perfumes, watches, jewelry, ready-to-wear and harnesses. The luxury industry is a traditional industry with a long history, and because it retains its traditional business model, it is still in the initial stages of digital transformation. However, the traditional way of doing business can no longer meet the needs of customers, limiting the development of the luxury industry. Digital transformation is in line with the trend of the times and is an important strategy for Hermès. This project will analyze and make recommendations for improving Hermès' digital operations in terms of company presentation, turnover, global strategy, supply chain, distribution, retail strategy, number of stores, entry methods, and retail concept. "Hermès was the first luxury brand to open in an airport. When digital came, it had the same logic".
