AbstractThe development of digital transformation of Chinese enterprises has achieved relatively good development. As the natural data center of enterprises, the financial department apply digital transformation more offen. Financial staff are the direct stakeholders of the DT of the corporate financial department, and the employee work performance of the financial staff is important to the development of financial department. However, the studies focused on the impact of digital transformation of corporate financial department on employee work performance from the perspective of financial staff is less, but more on corporate performance and profitability. Therefore, this thesis focuses on this gap and tends to present the relationship between the DT of the financial department of Chinese corporations and the employee work performance of financial staff, and how EWEF, EWF, and EWA can help mediate the relationship between DT in financial department and EWP, how EWEG can help moderate the relationship between DT in financial department and EWP by collecting data from Chinese financial staff using questionnaire.
