AbstractThis study states the result of intern project that has a main objective to apply knowledges of master business administration (MBA) into real business environment. One Thai Small-Medium Entities (SMEs), Bangkok Smile Dental Group Company “BSDG”, was chosen. The project will have results basing on BSDG’s real information, business and environment. However, the intern project would have a specific scope in area of customer relationship management (CRM) and potential recommendations for short-term and long-term improvement would be provided.
