It can also lead to high absenteeism, low morale, low motivation, increased complaints as well as accidents in the workplace. It also affects employees physically and emotionally. Hence there is a need to study the effects of stress on employee’s productivity so that management can effectively tackle and eliminate these stressors. Purpose – The purpose of this research is to find the relationship between different job stressors(Workload, Negative Working Environment, Negative Interpersonal Relationship, Role Conflicts/Role Ambiguity, Leadership Style, and Job Insecurity) and their impact on employee performance. Methodology – A total of 207 responses were collected from different employees via questionnaires. The hypothesis was analyzed by using multiple regression. SPSS was used to conduct the analysis. Findings- The findings of this research indicate that interpersonal relationship, role conflicts/role ambiguity and job insecurity have a significant negative impact on job performance but other factors(workload, working environment, and leadership) does not have a significant impact on job performance.
