AbstractThe existing Information system of the department is studied and evaluated. The financial administrative section is decided to remain as It is but some financial information is to be separately obtained the lower levels. The main area. of concentration is identified as the planning section some drastic change in this section is propose, the proposal being the establishment of information center this and the responsible office for the generation or all necessary reports. New data collection forms and the retention of certain existing forms nut to (but to be strictly standardized) are presented and the subsequent preparation of reports. Th reports proposed are easy for further summarizing. the development of the system is such that the operation can directly work on dBASEIII of 16 bit personal computers. A. basic concept of computerization is also presented at the end.
