AbstractThis study mainly aims at examining the satisfaction levels of the passengers of shuttle bus service in Thammasat University Rangsit Campus and what factors play a vital role in a user’s satisfaction. This service was introduced to the public by the Thammasat University as a way of improving the public bus service inside the University. Therefore, this study was performed in order to investigate whether the services can be justified depending on passenger satisfaction. Data was collected through a survey questionnaire among the passengers and was tested using impact score technique and linear regression method. These methods examined the difference in satisfaction with regard to different socio demographics and travel characteristics to investigate their effect on an individual’s satisfaction. In order to improve the attributes of low service quality, a few important recommendations are proposed to see how viable an investment on these attributes would affect the overall satisfaction of the service user.
