AbstractTourism is one of the domains that contributes to the growth of many countries' economy, including Thailand's. Bangkok has proven to be a popular tourist destination. There are a lot of things to do for tourists in Bangkok. The majority of tourist attraction places are historical or religious attractions, such as buddha temple, and temples are among the top highlight spots in Bangkok, the experiences of tourists are chronicled in a variety of ways, including blogs, microblogs and reviews. Many tourists prefer review services that are based on the popularity. Different perspectives and input from visitors can be extremely beneficial when it comes to advertising tourism locations. Travelers' wonderful experiences can be exploited to develop a tourism strategy and promotion. Tourism criticism can also be utilized for analysis, in order to improve the tourism destination. Google Maps Review is one of the most well-known services. Using sentimental analysis as well as topic modeling on google map review can result in more useful information and understanding the tourist better.
