Abstract | In June 2022, the Ministry of Public Health, Thailand made on announcement that cannabis can be used for healthcare, medical, researching, and commerce. This announcement had led to a wide discussion in social media, TV broadcast, and public media about how to use it with safe, symptoms that it can relieve, side effects, and precautions. Prior to the Ministry’s Announcement, cannabis was illegal and forbidden to consume since it was considered as a kind of drugs and was dangerous to consume in household, most people still lack proper knowledge about using cannabis safely. Moreover, several existing contents and knowledge on the Internet about cannabis are redundant, inconsistency, and unreliable. There fore, this research studies and gathers official, reliable published knowledge about cannabis consumption for general users. It models CannabisO as a formal, shareable, and reusable ontology-based knowledge model for Q&A system, which can answer questions about safe edible consumption, precautions, side effects, and symptoms. Several interesting Q&As are demonstrated in this paper. |
