| Abstract | This industrial project describes the process of building a chatbot in order to provide the ability to look up information related to the 2019 Vietnam Labor Code. The Labor Code has just been updated in 2019 with many updated changes. However, this also brings some difficulties for companies, especially the Human Resources department, in updating changing laws to properly apply the law in practice. Thus, the need for information about labor law is important in the human resource management process and implementation of labor rights and obligations in Vietnam. This project focuses on using artificial intelligence and natural language processing to develop a chatbot capable of understanding and answering some basic questions related to the 2019 Labor Code. The chatbot is built based on databases containing legal information such as Labor Code 2019, Decree 145/2020-NĐ-CP and using machine learning algorithms to improve interoperability and provide accurate information. The result of this research is a chatbot application providing information about labor rights and obligations from the perspective of the Vietnam Labor Code 2019. This application has the potential to support workers and enterprises, and human resources management agencies in understanding and applying labor laws, while helping to increase transparency and compliance with the law in the labor environment in Vietnam. |
