| Abstract | The solid waste generation rate from each source can be
estimated depending on several variables which are concerned with the source. A study conducted in the city of Bandung in Indonesia
using 7 solid wastes sources residential areas, theatres,
streets , restaurants, offices, stores, markets , indicated that
some variables had strong correlation with solid waste generation
rates. For obtaining the significant level of the variables
concerned with each solid waste source , multiple linear
regression of the Statistical Package f or Social Science (SPSS) was used. Furthermore , from the result obtained it was also possible to get the correlation between moisture content and dry
weight basis of each component of the solid. Waste. |
