Abstract | This study is to develop a systematic procedure for a small business firm to use as a guide in selecting an appropriate and relevant computerized system. Together with this procedure, a set of general requirement specification forms for a business to record its requirements is also proposed with the purpose to alleviate the problems between vendors and customers in Thai microcomputer market and to facilitate the small business to communicate with the vendors to select its first microcomputer |
