AbstractA dynamic model of nitrification with biological inhibition effect of sea water in estuary was developed. The model was the simultaneous non -linear second order ordinary differential equation with boundary conditions. The model was solved by trial and error method under various hypothetic physical conditions induced from James river and Chao Phraya river. The influence of physical and biological and parameters on the distribution of ammonia concentration and nitrifying organisms concentration was clarified.
