| Abstract | The main purpose of this research was to study the implementation levels of a leading automotive dealership in Thailand in terms of demographics, environmental awareness, and leadership related to the perception of environmental performance. The purpose of this research was to promote and strengthen car dealerships through the examination and perception of environmental performance. In this study, the researcher sent a questionnaire to a total of 475 AA dealers and received 331 responses. There was a dealer management level, either manager of the service department or staff level. The information was collected from the questionnaires and tested by using the SPSS Program Version 23.0 to formulate the statistics. The analysis showed that the age, distance of the dealership from AA head office in Thailand, environmental awareness, and leadership of the dealerships related to the perception of environmental performance. However, the distances between the firm and the village, as well as the size of the dealership, did not reveal a discernible effect on the perception of environmental performance. This study was limited to data from AA head office in Thailand. In the future, further research may include AA head office in Thailand for broader insights into environmental performance perceptions. |
