| Abstract | Khanom is one of the good sites for construction of port and harbour. The wave characteristics at Khanom are investigated byan analyzing wind data and hindcasting significant wave height and period. The obtained results show that the present of Ko Samui reduces considerable wave height at Khanom site, so Khanom is found suitable for
construction of port and harbour. |
