AbstractIn this study , an attempt has been made to assess the suitability of HALL' s method in predicting the advance-front in border-s trip irrigation on Bangkok clay soil. Experiments were performed on Bangkok clay soil and it was found that the method was satisfactory provided the cumulative intake rate and the inflow rate , two of the more sensitive parameters of the method, were accurately measured.
