Abstract"SOLAR WONDER PUMP" with double bellows system was tested with compressed air as an input energy to evaluate the performance of the system. Original system had modified to make system runs. The major modifications were: a) Installation of combination of four check values system to replace the pump at the bottom of the source tank. b) Addition of extra washers inside the distributor. To evaluate the performance of modified system, mathematical model was developed by Prof. G. Y. Saunier. The model was then fitted with the observed data which shows fairly acceptable values of standard deviation (within 11%) with 95% confidence limit. The significance of this model is "Theoretical pump characteristic curves can be derived or drawn jus t only knowing the volumic discharge of water for different pressures, when lift is zero ." Observing the pump characteristic curves, working pressure for this system is recommended as 1.8 kg/ cm 2 gauge .
