AbstractThe performance of a microcomputer APPLE II in structural design application is studied. The program architecture which is suitable to prestressed concrete design problems is described. Several modular programs are interconnected with accessible bank stored in the external disk. The language of the program is the APPLESOFT BASIC in the interactive mode. Numerical examples of prestress concrete design of simple beam with and without end moments, are illustrated .
