AbstractIn the present study various non-destructive testing techniques for evaluation of both flexible and rigid pavements were examined. The advantages, Limitations and application of each technique for measuring pavement performance and prediction of pavement life were studied. Comparison of various equipment was made to determine the optimum choice for the evaluation of pavements. Case histories and examples were selected to show the application of various non-destructive techniques in design and performance of pavement.
