Abstract | This internship report gives a detailed account of my internship at East West Seed Company for the project titled "Digital Connect with Farmers and Digital Influencers for East West Seed India Products". The report delves into the company’s mission, its innovative products tailored to tropical climates, and its efforts to empower farmers through training and support. It highlights the company’s significant role in enhancing food production, rural livelihoods, and agricultural sustainability. The primary aim of the internship was to bridge gap in existing digital marketing strategies to connect with farmers and leverage digital influencers for promoting East West Seed India products. The process involved conducting market research, analyzing digital trends, creating social media content, and collaborating with influencers and campaigning for the farmers at local field level and also at the Krishi mela(exhibition) using WhatsApp bot service. The results of the internship include several outcomes, such as the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns, increased interaction with farmers on digital platforms, and improved brand awareness via influencer collaborations. Through a comprehensive analysis, the report provides recommendations for strengthening the company’s market presence, and boost their sales and trust among the customer. Overall, this internship greatly improved my abilities in content development, market research, digital marketing, and working with outside stakeholders. My future professional goals in the fields of agribusiness and digital marketing will benefit greatly from these skills. |
