AbstractForestry and non-timber forest product (NTFP) manufacturing is critical to the “Chai of custody” industry. With the rising importance of the ESG concept, stakeholders are increasingly focused on evaluating corporate performance in adopting and implementing ESG practices within forestry and rubber latex manufacturing. This study analyzes and compares the effectiveness of ESG practices in business operations between state-owned and private enterprises, utilizing collected data. It integrates methods, algorithms, and key indicators to assess the risks and challenges associated with ESG implementation. Furthermore, the research investigates how Environmental (E), Social (S), and Governance (G) factors contribute to enhancing the workplace environment within these enterprises. The findings provide valuable insights for publicly listed companies in the rubber latex manufacturing sector, enabling them to strengthen their ESG practices and overall corporate performance while fostering a more significant commitment to sustainable development. In addition, applying ESG principles in rubber product operations directly addresses the increasing demand for sustainable, nature-based solutions, reinforcing the industry's role in creating a greener future.
