| Abstract | Vietnam is a new destination for foreign companies with many tax benefits and regional agreements for free trading. It is open for technology transfer and well-known in manufacturing on textiles, garments, clothing, and also provides production for a middle technology such as assembly, embedded program with a young and dynamic labor force. And HELLA Group decided to join Vietnam market and started to increase its size to bring the company brand name to the market as well as to gain the labor market share. However, the high skill labor has not been yet ready to supply, then it is a deficit and also a result that employees always look for new opportunities rather than focus on adding value and developing themselves alongside with company development. Retention and motivation the employees are more important and critical as the external environment directly impact to their decision as well as satisfaction. Understanding that personnel is the key asset for company development and sustainable growth in long term run, the research is about “Understanding and developing a program to drive the personnel motivation in alignment with key business strategies” in which both side will play a key role in mutual benefits to archive the personal goal and organizational target. |
