Abstract | Nowadays, in Vietnam, the life insurance is one of the most attractive businesses that many investors are likely to invest and expand their business. Having 17 players, this sector has contributed significantly to the economic development of the country. It has created a multiple vocation that helps reduce the rate of the unemployment too. As the outlook of an application, the researcher has examined PVI Sun Life Insurance Company Limited (“PVISL”)’s approaches and strategies and how it is competing with its competitors. In this research, Five Forces model, PEST, Marketing mix and value chain will be employed to analyze PVISL’s internal and external environments in order to show clearly those strengths, and weakness, challenges and opportunities to PVISL. The researcher will provide and recommend certain solutions that were found during the research for the purpose of improving the sales & marketing strategies for PVISL based on the research survey results analyses. |
