AbstractTrans-pacific Partnership has caught the attention of Vietnamese enterprise community since it was initially agreed by 12 countries on February 4th, 2016. The effects of TPP, both opportunities and challenges, on the business environment of Vietnam’s enterprise are expected to be so large that it can alter the way they approach the market and sell their products. As a sales representative of Long Uyen Co, Ltd, who is operating in the agricultural sector, I will propose a new strategy as well as changes to the organization structure at organizational level, group level and individual level in the time of rapid economic development. This research was conducted using the key concepts such as SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces analyses and the model of organization development and change. It will focus on breaking down the positive and negative impacts of Trans-Pacific Partnership and base on that to propose approaches to create competitive advantage over competitors and then implement organization restructure.
