| Abstract | The application of Network Techniques in the construction industry is investigated. The primary purpose is to determine the completion time of a construction project and its associated probability distribution. A comparison is made among several network techniques, CPM, PERT and simulation models using historical productivities through Monte Carlo technique as prime estimators. The result of this study is expected to give a more realistic result of the project time which will be used primarily for planning. |
