| Abstract | Developing small real estate projects has always been an important driving force for economic growth and social development in many countries. While attention is often focused on large-scale projects, it is important not to overlook the challenges and issues faced by smaller projects. This essay aims to understand the specific problems and obstacles encountered in the process of developing small real estate projects through researching the specific project "Tam Nong River City"Small real estate projects face many challenges that are different from those faced by larger developments. Limited financial resources, lack of institutional support and inadequate market access are among the main obstacles faced by small-scale project developers. The case study of the “Tam Nong River City” project provides an opportunity to understand the unique challenges faced by developers focusing on smaller projects. This study focuses on various aspects of small real estate project development, shedding light on the role of effective project management in minimizing problems encountered during development. Proper resource allocation, timely decision making, and effective communication and coordination with stakeholders are essential for the smooth execution of small real estate projects. Additionally, identifying potential problems and addressing them proactively can contribute to minimizing risk and maximizing profits. This thesis will explore the problems and challenges encountered in the process of developing small real estate projects through analyzing a typical case: "Tam Nong River City". The findings from this research effort aim to provide valuable insights into the unique difficulties faced by small-scale project developers and suggest potential strategies to address them.Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to the growth and success of small real estate projects as essential agents for economic development and social progress. |
