AbstractWith the development of science, technology and macroeconomics in the world, as well as in accordance with the development of the world construction industry in general and Vietnam in particular. The joint venture model is becoming increasingly popular with the goals of promoting the inherent advantages of the model such as technology exchange, market expansion or risk reduction. The content of this report is to record the activities and risks through the actual construction project of the DHG pharmaceutical factory in the form of general design and construction contractor. Analyzing strong, weak or outstanding points in project control, coordination, and contract control in order to draw experience and improve throughout the cooperation process, to ensure success and limit risks.
