AbstractProject development strategy is a key factor that guiding project owners to run on track, catch up the world economic trend and satisfying the requirement of Stakeholder, and the end users. Currently, many projects around the world in general and particular in Vietnam was fail, broken, or losing in business or incomplete cause by using the wrong strategic applied in develop project. The project development strategy played a more important role for Industrial estate project, and in 2019 Vietnam became the star and the potential destination of customers who want to build factory in Asia. In my report, I’m going to present my knowledge and experience from myself in development project strategy on Industrial estate which I have been learning in MPM (professional master’s in project management) at Asia Institute of Technology (AIT). These processes were referred the Government regulation in Vietnam included the Investment Law, Planning Law and Construction Law and some circulars and regulation to guiding Project owner to invest. For example, in SK industrial project in Quang Ninh province, the project owner chose the development strategy for industrial park to achieve the requirements of Top management to expansion the business and catch up the trend of economic world when the shift wave from China move to Vietnam too fast. Aiming to focus on case studies, this study is going to analyze some strengths, and weakness, thus, recommend relevant strategies of project development procedures to improve enhanced project management skills of the owner for a successful Industrial estate project in the future.
