AbstractThe world market is constantly evolving as more countries join the WTO and engage in various economic activities such as manufacturing, exporting, importing, etc. This creates opportunities for different sectors such as construction, travel, etc. to grow and expand. Investors can benefit from the favorable policies and incentives that governments offer to attract business and development. However, there are also challenges such as increased competition among companies and countries to market their products and services to consumers. In this context, quality is a crucial factor for success in any business. Quality not only determines the appearance and functionality of a product, but also its reputation and customer loyalty. Quality is especially important in construction, where investors expect to receive the best value for their money and contractors face fierce competition from other construction corporations. Therefore, project quality management is a vital process that requires careful planning and execution. There are various methods and standards for quality management, such as ISO system, a widely used quality management system, or others. Each company may adopt different methods depending on their needs and preferences. In recent years, Vietnam has attracted many foreign investors who have invested in various projects. However, the quality of some projects has been poor and has received negative feedback from the media and the public. This has prompted contractors to pay more attention to project quality management and to improve their performance and image. By implementing effective quality management practices, contractors can ensure that their projects meet the expectations of investors and users and enhance their competitiveness in the global market.
