| Abstract | The construction industry stands at the intersection of innovation and complexity. Making the implementation of value management (VM) an absolute necessity for all of keys stakeholders. The construction project is always facing challenges, from tight budgets and time to evolving an increasing demand for quality, effective and efficiency from owner requirement. Value management offers a systematic approach to immediately solve these challenges. In this report, I am going to explore the value of industrial estate’s function by value analysis methodology and the application of value management as a strategic approach. That could enhance the value and foster innovative solutions in the development of industrial estate projects. Specifically, the case study on SK industrial park, aiming to identify key areas for improvement and proposed practical recommendations to optimize the park’s overall performance and competitiveness. By utilizing the principles of value management, this thesis aims to analyze strengths, weaknesses, and recommend relevant methodology. In the end, the lesson learns of value management procedures is developed which will use for encouragement efficient resource allocation, cost - effectiveness of SK industrial park as a leading industrial hub. |
