AbstractResearching the economic and financial feasibility of a wind power project is an important process to determine the success factors and potential risks of a project, and find business investment opportunities. In recent years, due to policy changes and input data fluctuations, this has become increasingly important for investors to make wise decisions about project investment. This report focuses on analyzing the financial feasibility from the investor perspective of the Ea Nam Wind Power Project in Dak Lak province, Vietnam. This report will analyze and present key financial metrics, such as internal rate of return, net present value, revenue, and cash flow that will be analyzed to provide owners with insight. Clear understanding of the financial performance of the project. The analysis has identified potential risks and challenges, such as delays in construction progress, increased costs, reduced output... due to changes in construction investment time. Based on these findings, the report will provide recommendations to manage and improve investment activities, appropriate loan scenarios, and control risks that can lead to ineffective projects. In summary, this study clearly shows the importance of analyzing project financial feasibility through determining investment efficiency, thereby coming to a conclusion whether to invest in the project or not. When should you invest and what measures should you take to improve efficiency and minimize risks during the investment process? The recommendations provided in this report can advise investors and project managers to make informed decisions, enhance project performance and ultimately contribute to the development of projects and sustainable development of the Renewable Energy industry.
