| Abstract | As a financing model, project financing has been widely used large-scale infrastructure projects around over world. This thesis includes the Built-Operate- Transfer (BOT) process, Financial Modelling, a study of build-operate-transfer (BOT) project financing strategies and the study of profit and loss of the BOT Project. The financing strategy for a BOT project includes the selection of the appropriate mix of equity and debt financing, and the identification of appropriate financing sources. This thesis is the study of when will be Break-even Point, how long will Payback Period take, comparison between IRR and MIRR, the Cost of Capital. Moreover,can study how much benefit is the project have. |
