AbstractThis study is based on Ministry Of Mine that has built a gems museum and jade garden near Thapyegone in Nay Pyi Taw Project, two stories building, one story building and car parking. It had been constructed by Gems and Jewelry Exhibition Construction Project Company in 2018 under the guidance of Myanmar International Consulting Engineers Group, Myanmar Engineer Council. The objective of this study is to develop project quality management framework for building projects.since our country, Myanmar is a developing country, there are some poor quality systems in building projects. Because of this, some of the buildings among them suffer poor quality problems. The factors of poor quality are minimal design functions, use of low qualified materials and unskilled workmanship. Finally, it can be commented that some of the contractors are weak in quality management, poor quality plan, and insufficient supervision. In this study not only it had been studies theories and practices of project quality management for construction but also analyzed the strength, weakness and providing recommendation. Depending on the noteworthy facts of this study, it can be proposed a good project quality management framework for building project.
